Dr. Carrie B. Wasserman, MD, is a board-certified Hematologist and Medical Oncologist with more than two decades of experience in the diagnosis and treatment of cancer and blood disorders. Based in Suffern, New York, she serves as Associate Director of the Division of Hematology and Oncology and the Bobbi Lewis Cancer Program at Good Samaritan Hospital, part of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network.

Dr. Wasserman earned her medical degree from St. George's University School of Medicine and completed her Internal Medicine residency at Lenox Hill Hospital, followed by fellowship training in Hematology and Medical Oncology at St. Luke's–Roosevelt Hospital Center. Throughout her career she has held academic, clinical, and leadership positions across respected healthcare institutions, including One Brooklyn Health and The Brooklyn Hospital Center.

Her areas of expertise include lung cancer, lymphoma, prostate cancer, breast cancer, hematologic malignancies, anemia, and other complex blood disorders.
