Dr. Selyne E. Samuel, MD, FACS is a board-certified, fellowship-trained Breast Surgical Oncologist. She currently practices at Premier Health in Dayton, Ohio, where she plays a key leadership role in advancing comprehensive breast disease management across the health system. She is also affiliated with Miami Valley Hospital and serves as an Assistant Professor at Wright State University School of Medicine. Dr. Samuel earned her Doctor of Medicine from Indiana University School of Medicine and completed her General Surgery residency at the University of Arizona College of Medicine–Tucson, followed by a Breast Surgery Fellowship at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. Her clinical expertise includes breast cancer risk assessment, high-risk patient counseling, nipple-sparing mastectomy, brachytherapy catheter placement, and collaborative reconstructive procedures with multidisciplinary teams.
